Jayshree Sawant is the founder and lead agent behind JS Migration. With firsthand experience as a skilled migrant and over a decade working in Australian immigration, she brings both technical expertise and genuine understanding to every case.

Having migrated from India to Australia in 2004 on a skilled permanent visa, Jayshree understands the migration process from a personal perspective. This experience shapes her practical, realistic, and highly personalised approach to advising clients. She holds Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law & Practice (High Distinction), along with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master's Degree in Personnel Management. With more than 20 years of leadership and senior management experience across India and Australia, Jayshree offers strong strategic insight, compliance expertise,a nd client-focused guidance.

Albert Tabla is a detail‑oriented and client‑focused Migration Co‑ordinator with over 4 years of experience in the Australian immigration industry and more than 7 years of professional experience across technical support, customer service, and migration assistance.

Albert plays a vital role in supporting visa applications and ensuring each case is managed efficiently and accurately. Known for his strong organisational skills and calm, methodical approach, he works closely with both clients and internal teams to keep applications on track and communication clear. With a solid background in Office 365, workforce management, remote troubleshooting, and productivity tools, Albert brings a strong technical foundation that supports seamless processes and high‑quality service delivery. His ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail makes him a valued part of the JS Migration team. Albert is committed to providing reliable support behind the scenes — helping ensure every client receives timely, well‑prepared, and professional migration assistance.

Beyond the Office

Outside of work, Albert values quality time with family and enjoys staying active through biking and motorcycle rides. He often spends his free time exploring scenic routes within his province around the Cabanatuan area, combining his love for travel, movement, and family bonding.
